ABOUT ME

 Hi my name is Denise Campbell and I am the founder of DNYCE FITNESS. I am a passionate health and wellness coach/ Personal Trainer and Certified Women’s Coaching Specialist. I provide customised, personalised one -on-one coaching and help clients identify their strengths, set goals for themselves and use those goals to make long-term sustainable life-style changes they can feel good about. I want women to feel confident, competent and in control of all decisions about their bodies. 

My Mission

 I founded DNYCE FITNESS in 2019 just prior to lockdown. I've spent many years in my teens, 20’s and 30’s learning the art of Wing Chung, Kick boxing (2nd DAN) and Mugendo Thai Boxing. The eventual closing of these spaces along with me moving further away caused me to re-evaluate my activities and my life. During this time I hit the gym for a couple of years and I was ’that’ cardio-queen. I then fell in love with weight training after seeing the results on my body, and then made the decision to move into the Women’s Fitness Coaching Arena. I recognised that there was a need for more specialised personal attention in the fitness industry. Despite making up two thirds of all personal training clients and on average , are much more likely to prioritise their health Women’s health issues were being overlooked and they were being given a one plan fits all service. So whether you want lose weight, tone up or just get back into shape DNYCE FITNESS can lead you on the road to achieving your goals.
